[The making period expected]
① No make up : About 12 weeks
② Default make up  : 12 weeks + 1~2 weeks
③ Special make up  : 12 weeks + 2~3 weeks

  We need to take 2~3 weeks more times than the normal making period  for a while
  rushing orders or a climate of high temperature and a humidity.

[Delivery period]
Takes about 5~10 days times after send out.(Shipping method : EMS)
Please ask about it to us if you would like to use another shipping company. (Airmail, EMS premium, DHL, Fedex etc.)

[About special skin]

   The work of special skin color is very hard and takes a long time than light skin(White, Normal).
   And it can be shown a little dusts, marbles, some tiny holes, spots etc on surface of
   doll during manufacturing process.(Just, gate parts on body are excluded.)
   We don't remove these things because the skin color can be changed lightly or dusky 
   if we sand on the surface of the doll.
   So, please put your considering before make an order.
   We don't accept any cancel, refund, exchange of your order as above reasons.
